Phys Comp Final Project

So, as anyone interested can probably tell, I greatly prefer visual documentation through photos and videos, over written.

Here is where all the photos for the Paint-by-Bubbles project can be found.

The initial idea for the project was to create an interface in which a user could control the pattern of bubbles generated. Looking to previous implementations of similar technology, a sting and stepper motor setup was chosen for the airbrush control, and a custom setup was constructed for the bubble grid.

Overall, the project was successful, and we were satisfied with the results. The bubble frame is currently being adapted for other bubble creating projects so that the project can live on in the future

Project Runway Complete?

Andrew and I finished our Project Runway assignment and I must say that it looks sweet.

We will hopefully be making another setup, and possibly adding a diffuser to it as it has been found to produce very cool results. You may see us wearing them at the imagine RIT festival this spring on May 2, 2009

Andrew and I met tonight to go over the code I wrote and hand the hardware over to him so that he can play with doing some cool integrations of the accelerometer.
